Controversial Chris

Since his break out over 15 years ago, the controversial singer, Chris Brown has consistently made the headlines. One aspect of his life, that has consistently been under the spotlight, is his Love life.

WHO IS CHRIS BROWN?
Highly considered one of the most legendary R and B singers ever, Christopher Maurice Brown, popularly known by his stage name – Chris Brown is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, graffiti artist and actor.

CHRIS BROWN’S DATING HISTORY
Possibly his most popular relationship, Chris brown is known for dating his fellow singer and songwriter, Rihanna. He has also been romantically involved, with some high-profile individuals.

CHRIS AND RIHANNA

Arguably his most controversial and popular relationship, the pair met in 2005, although they didn’t start dating until 2007. As far as the public was concerned, it seemed to be a lovely relationship, up until 2009 when they had a controversial split after it was revealed that Chris physically assaulted her on their way back from a pre-Grammy party. They reconciled in 2012, before finally calling it off. When asked about their relationship, during an interview with Vanity Fair, Rihanna said, ‘Sometimes you just have to walk away’. Since then they have remained friendly over the years.

CHRIS AND DRAYA MICHELE

Chris dated the model, for about nine months in 2011 after his first stint with Rihanna. According to the Basketball ball wives LA star, on a Wendy Williams show, she described him as a good boyfriend and never witnessed any of the abuses said about him. According to her, she saw a different Chris.

CHRIS AND KARRUECHE TRAN
Chris and Karrueche, started dating in 2011 after he broke up with Draya, who at that time was friends with Karrueche. Their relationship, however, stirred a lot of reactions from the public. They broke up briefly when he reconciled with his ex-girlfriend – Rihanna. They got back together, after he broke up with Rihanna, before finally breaking up with him when she find out he was expecting a baby from another woman ( Nia Guzman) in 2014.
She was granted several restraining orders against the singer, after accusing him of being physically and emotionally abusive.

CHRIS AND NIA GUZMAN

Chris was still in a relationship with Karrueche, when it emerged that he was expecting a child with Nia Guzman.
Nia later went on to deliver their daughter, Royalty in May 2014. The pair were never officially together, but seem to be co-parenting their daughter successfully.

CHRIS AND VANESSA VARGAS

Chris and Vanessa’s relationship became publicised in 2017 when the r and b sensation posted the model with the caption ‘Dat look’. She commented, by calling Chris “Daddy”. They were spotted at various nightclubs and in different vehicles together.

CHRIS AND INDYAMARIE

It is believed that the pair started dating after meeting on set on one of the singer’s music video titled, ‘Type a Way’ in 2019.
Not much is known about their situation, but it is believed they break up after Chris was expecting another baby with Ammika Harris.

CHRIS AND AMMIKA HARRIS

The pair were first linked in 2015, but nothing whatsoever went on between them, up until 2019 after being spotted in Paris together. They kept their romance private, and there were rumours that they were expecting a child.
However, the rumours became a reality in November 2019 Aeko Catori was born. It is believed that they aren’t in a romantic relationship anymore but are co-parenting their son successfully.

CHRIS BROWN AND DIAMOND BROWN
Rumours surfaced in late 2019 that Chris Brown was expecting his third child with Instagram model and Influencer, Diamond Brown. Diamond announced her pregnancy in September of that year.

The pair were romantically linked together after paparazzi them together severally and Chris was spotted liking some of her pictures. They welcomed a child on January 7, 2021. Diamond revealed the photo of the baby, weighing 6 pounds, and 9 ounces.
However, the pair haven’t revealed if they are dating, or just co-parenting.

In conclusion, the R and B sensation has had a really controversial love life, and has stated a few times that he regrets some of the actions he made, especially towards abuse.
