Timaya Introduced Me To The Girl That Destroyed My Career – Kelly Handsome 

Kelechi Orji popularly known as Kelly Handsome has accused his baby mama whom Timaya introduced to him as the source of his problem. The singer and songwriter said his career nosedived after he met Ronke Mirabel Moradeyo. He stated that was where his problem started not when he quit Kennis music 

The US-based Nigerian singer gave this revelation to his fans during an interactive live session on Instagram. In the live session, he cleared people who believed that his music career ended when he didn’t show up for Kennis music’s Easter fiesta. He said,

“The problem started when Timaya introduced that girl to me, you know the girl I am talking about, that is where the problem started, the girl that had a baby for me. But I don’t want to talk about it, you know, that’s all I will talk about for now. That was where the problem started for me.”

Kelly Handsome and his baby mama Moradeyo had a baby together in 2016. The estranged lover had not been in a good relationship with her baby daddy since their extremely long relationship.

Kelly Handsome and Mirabel dated for 15 years and they have a daughter. In 2020, Moradeyo came out to drag her baby daddy and said that she wasted her life for a long time and she lost opportunities because she was with Kelly Handsome.  She tagged him as a ‘good for nothing’ man. She called him out in a long Instagram post and said that he was such a terrible father that their daughter called another man ‘father’.

She said that she thought she found love but she never knew she was being played for a whole 15 years. She added that she was insulted in the relationship and that at some point, he called her a prostitute. She wrote,

“I woke up today looking at my beautiful daughter n I’m so grateful to God although it’s sad that d man she calls DAD isn’t her real father n I laugh at how I’ve wasted opportunities n years with a good for nothing man… I thought it was love but I was being played! I supported and encouraged him, accommodated him also even when I was warned by family n friends that he made me turn to enemies because he didn’t want me to see d light. LADIES BE CAREFUL OF THE MEN YOU SUPPORT…. I supported his career at d detriment of my relationship with family n friends n people who genuinely cared about me!”

“I was constantly called a whore cos I helped him out with things he thought was impossible.. he always assumed I slept with people to get d things I have n to get to where I am today.. I’m sincerely grateful to God that he didn’t allow me leave my back on d ground. I got up, dusted myself, and started communicating with important people I had ignored over d years, putting things together n setting things up to d level I want to be n God is making all that possible…. Thought to myself, I should have achieved all of this a long time ago but love they say is blind, only if you let it blind your visions. No regrets whatsoever, God gat me n I’ll come back here in no time to drop a long list of my achievements but till then I’ll sit n sip my wine n laugh at how someone thinks he ruined me.”

Kelly Responds To Baby Mama’s dragging

Kelly Handsome responded to Moradeyo in no time. He said she was sleeping around. This confirmed that Moradeyo did not lie when she said he called her a prostitute. He said that she also carried their daughter to the hotel where she slept with men to afford her lifestyle. He accused her of exposing their daughter to a malicious lifestyle. He posted this below on his Instagram page on the 1st of November 2020;

“Let me just say this, I do not want anybody to put their mouth in what’s going on between me and my daughter. The mama dey carry her go hotel go f**k! The mama dey carry her go do stupid things, dey dance to songs wen she nor supposed to dance to,” he said.

“I gave her a phone and over a year I have not spoken to my daughter and you are telling people that I don’t want to talk to my daughter. Which means you are just trying to set me up. You plan with evil people to tarnish my image and frustrate my career and I didn’t know.” 

“All the things and names of people wen you don confess to how you take spoil my name, I have all the confessions. All the receptionists of the hotels wen you don go wen I don bribe, I have it. I will publish it in due time. I don’t anybody to come and appeal ‘small pikin’ I dare any celebrity to come and say ‘Oh Kelly you are supposed to do this one’ then dem go tell me wetin dem talk wen she say I be deadbeat dad.“

The two have been going back and forth and insulting each other for being bad parents. I. April 2020, Kelly shared a post that shows that Moradeyo was threatening him. It didn’t take a while before another problem surfaced and the media fogot the estranged couples.
