Iyabo Ojo Says She Feels Like Getting Married Again

Iyabo Ojo, the Nigerian actress, reality TV star and single mother of two, has taken to her Instagram to talk about how she feels like getting married again. During the reunion of the reality TV show, Real Housewives of Lagos, RHO, Iyabo wore an Edo bridal attire, which is a traditional cloth from her maternal grandmother’s culture. She wore it for the first part of the show’s reunion and posted the pictures on her Instagram on the 1st of July, 2022 with the caption,

“Repping my grandmother’s culture (Edo State) from my Maternal side at the reunion #RHOLagos was indeed a thing of Joy for me….

“It’s Friday already & it’s all about the reunion, it’s all about the gbasgbos #RHOLagos showing only on Showmax.”

“Carry me dey go, Jehovah carry me dey go my husband house. Now!!! with this Edo look I feel like getting married again #rholagos”.

Recall that the actress had been married before to a film marketer, Mr Ojo in 1999 when she was only 21 years old. People said she married him for fame and because she wanted to venture into the movie industry. She debunked the news saying that she neither married for fame nor for love but because she was afraid of having a child out of wedlock. In 2001 shortly after she had given birth to both children, she left her marriage and started to face her career and children.

On Friday, Iyabo looked like a real Edo princess and she dripped royalty.
