We Bonded Over Beans — Tolu and Kunle

Tolu and Kunle met through a mutual friend. Tolu narrated that the mutual friend had invited her and her close friend, Sope, to come to his place and have lunch. She said that Kunle was the roommate and that was how they started talking from there. She added that they bonded over the silliest thing which was Beans.

Tolu said that Kunle was so down to earth and that was the first thing that attracted her to him. She also added that he was rushing off that day because he had fellowship to attend. After that day, they kept on meeting each other on campus till he finally asked for her number. They started to chat regularly and it was like they had known each other for a very long time.

Kunle asked Tolu out in his final year. She said no even know they were so close because she was waiting for God to speak to her and give her a go ahead not knowing that God speaks in different ways. She finally said yes later and here they are now, snapping pre wedding photographs.
