Timini Egbuson is not only famous  for being a Nigerian Actor, he has also made out a name for himself as a Nigerian resident bad boy. This has gotten even worse in recent times with most  female celebrities afraid to be linked to him.

One of his most controversial moments is his relationship with social media influencer Lydia. He has also been linked to some top and gorgeous Nigerian Actresses.

Who is Timini Egbuson?

Timini is a talented Nigerian Actor and the younger brother of actress Dakore Akande. His primary school education till his university Education was all gotten in Lagos State. In 2020, during the AMVCA awards, he won the best actor in a Drama for his role in the popular movie “Elevator Baby”.

Here’s what we know about his relationship life;

Timini and Lydia

Timini and Lydia’s relationship was a controversial one right from the start. The pair’s relationship first started gaining some scrutiny due to their age difference. At the time, Lydia who was just 19 year old was in a relationship with Timini who was 33 at the time.

They both had a startling 14 year difference between them. Nigerians were very quick to voice out their opinions about it and Timini was specifically attacked and even compared to a pervert.

However despite the onslaught by Nigerians, Lydia and Timini continued to share pictures of the both of them on their respective social media pages, giving the impression that they were both happy and indifferent to the opinions of others.

All seemed to be going well between them until rumors started swirling that Timini was cheating on her with other females.

We even saw Lydia get into an Twitter battle with one of his rumored flings, Toju.

Toju, one of the girls alleged to be in a sexual relationship with Timini confirmed the allegations also boldly stating that she was not the only man Timini has had sexual escapades with and that he was famous for sleeping with a lot of females.

Timini’s name also trended on Twitter for more than 10 hours and this was a messy drag that would not die down easily. The pair allegedly broke up after that.

A few months after the messy breakup, Lydia and Timini would start trending again. Lydia called him out back in 2021, for being manipulative, a cradle snatcher and all round bad person. She also accused him of spreading false rumors about her and slit shaming her to others on a constant basis.

In a lengthy Twitter thread, she wrote,

“Timini Egbuson you are a predator, a cradle snatcher, you’re a pervert and an all-round terrible person. Meeting this man, I had no clue about his sexual past or who he had been involved with, didn’t know anyone from his social circle. And now I know it is also intentional,”

”When he told me he’d make an excuse for me  me despite how young I was(and I was like 19) I actually believed that and thought ‘wow he must really like me’, to anyone that is in a similar situation with any man LMAO girl you’re not special, he doesn’t like you- you just fit the standard. You didn’t meet him coincidentally, he went after you. 

“He is a  predator. Don’t let him steal your peace/youth…. I was completely new to the dating scene in Lagos. Had no understanding of Nigerian men or knew anything about Timini…. I was told things and I believed them.” 

“Leaving you and now seeing that you have a pattern of going for MUCH younger babes is the problem, it is so frightening to witness. It is really not in my place to call any of these girls names but we know. Your friends know, the streets know” 

“The man is fully aware that he took advantage of my naiveness  and is doing the same to other girls and has told me I can’t do anything about all this because he never thought I’d actually speak up lmaooo. Get me lit, motherf*cker” 

This was followed by numerous backlash aimed at Timini and some also aimed back at her. Timini also came out to clear the air and his name after being likened to a predator. He debunked all the statements Lydia had made about him.

The pair have been out of the news for some months thankfully and we hope they’ve both found the healing after going through such a publicized relationship.

Timini And Sharon Ooja

Back in 2019, Gorgeous Actress, Sharon Ooja was linked to Timini. This was also due to their role in the movie “skinny girls in transit” where she played Timini’s love interest.

During an interview with Wazobia TV, she was quick to clear the air and her name concerning their rumored relationship. She revealed that she was completely simple and not in any relationship despite the rumors by people.

She added that while Timini is a fantastic person to work with, no chemistry outside work exists between them.

She also revealed that she is not in any rush to get into relationship or tie the knot with anyone and that she is attracted to smart people despite her social media page looking flashy and materialistic.

Timini And Nancy Isime

Timini and multi talented actress and media personality, Nancy Isime also stirred some relationship rumors in 2021, after a loved up video of them went viral.

In the video, Timini is seen wearing a white towel wrapped around his waist and he is making his was to Nancy’s lips. Nancy in the video looked really glazed and happy as she smiled wildly at him.

This was met with a lot of mixed reactions from Nigerians, with some especially saying that Timini was not a good match for Nancy due to his bad boy antics and reputation.

However, it was finally revealed that the video screen was actually from a movie as opposed to the rumors that they dating.

Timini seems to have acquired a reputation as Nigerian’s resident bad boy and we are not certain it is one he hopes to change soon. At some point in our life, I guess we have to be particular about taking aspects of our life serious and we hope the same for him.

We are hoping that despite the reputation that precedes him, someday, he would be able to make someone a really happy and content wife.
