May Edochie  went from being an only wife to being the first wife.

Let’s recall that Yul Edochie some months back revealed that he had gotten married to a second wife, a nollywood actress, Judy Austin and that they both share a son together.

Whie he has been very vocal about their marriage and his reasons for taking a second wife, May has been quiet through it all. To be very honest she has been quite busy signing off deals and is currently working on starting a YouTube channel where she talks about her life.

The YouTube channel which is titled “All about May Edochie” has mad some other fans angry at her.

They are still surprised at her insistence to continue to retain the surname of Yul Edochie despite the slap she was dealt.

Some have even resorted to speculating that she was using the current controversy to trend and to cash out.

This, of course did not sit well with May and she has come out to not only debunk such speculations but also reveal how she truly felt when her husband decided to get married to a new wife.

In a video clip posted on her Instagram, May Edochie revealed that she was depressed after the whole situation but despite her emotions, she deliberately chose to pick up the pieces of her world which was already shattered.

She said,

“Depression is accurate, and there are different stages of depression. Rather than dwell in depression, I decided to pick up the pieces of my beautiful world.

A wonderful world. An amazing world that suddenly shattered. That suddenly crashed. I decided to pick up the pieces and try to move on rather than dwell in depression.”

I’m glad that I look happy, and I appear strong to you all. I’m pleased that I am delighted. I’m so excited I can go out there and do stuff.

I’m even amazed and surprised at some things I do, but it’s all because of love. It’s the support from my family. It’s the support from you guys. You guys have been amazing. The love is massive. These are the things that have kept me going. Honestly speaking,” she added.
