In relationships, the little things matter a lot, like writing a thoughtful note or poetry for your significant other and while the world asks that we don’t focus on the physical; looks are a major part of relationships and is responsible for sexual attraction. That makes writing poems on beauty a good way to express your feelings; you can also write poems on your feelings or how he or she makes you feel, read two poems I wrote below to get the hint.
MINE OR YOURS, WHATEVER ️ (it could be for my girl or your girl)
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
In my eyes, you’re the most beautiful.
Everything about you is wonderful.
Your hair, your face, your ways
Everything about you is graceful
My favourite colour now is the colour of your eyes
Whenever our eyes meet
My heart flies
And when I’m with you,
The noise dies
Let me continue to bask in your aura.
My prettiest flower
AS I SEE YOU
More precious than gold
Your beauty sends me spinning
All I could do was sit and glance.
Staring at your face
Every time I got the chance
And every time, I see these same things.
Eyes filled with curiosity and wonder
Both dark and sparkly like Arabian nights
A forehead devoid of wrinkles or worries
Smooth as the stone that rests under a waterfall
Your nose is beautifully delicate.
More so than the wings of a butterfly.
Your lips, full and tempting me to touch.
Let me continue to see your lovely face.
Let me continue to hear your rapturous voice.
Your shy smile that makes the world stop for me.
Your vulnerable tears that make your eyes glow like pearls
And break my heart for I can’t rid you of all your fears.
Nothing soothes me more than to hold you.
I hope I bring the same joy to you for I care about you.
And that’s that on poetry for today, hope you got a hint of what to write in case a special day is coming for that special someone, as much as a lady would want bone straights and the guy would want a PS5 but trust me, there’s nothing anyone appreciates more than words from the heart. I may be speaking from a broke guy point of view though, but try it and see, I don’t think whoever is meant for you will break up with you because of a poem. Love and light, Wonder…
