No doubt, everyone knows the football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo. Apart from football do you know another thing your GOAT likes? Family.

Ronaldo is a huge family man. He Is currently in a relationship with his Spanish-Argentine model girlfriend Georgina Roderiguez. They started dating in 2016 and have been dating for over five years now the couples live together in Italy together.

Although Ronaldo is currently in England because of his football club, Man United

 Cristiano Ronaldo 

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro GOIH ComM is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a forward for the English Premier League club, Man United and is also the captain of the Portuguese national team. He was born on the 5th of February, 1985, in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. He is currently 37 years old. He has 5 children. 

The first, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was born on the 17th of June, 2010. His mother was not disclosed as the footballer decided to keep it to himself.  He is gradually following his father’s footsteps as he himself is a good football and is also signed under Man United.

Second and Third: The twins. The boy, Mateo Ronaldo and his sister, Eva Maria Dos Santos were conceived through frozen embryos in a surrogacy clinic. They were born on the 8th of June, 2017. 

Fourth: Alana Martina dos Santos Aveiro. She was born on the 12th of November, 2017. She was born nine days before the due date in a hospital in Madrid. She’s the daughter of the footballer and his current girlfriend, Georgina.

The fifth child, a girl, Bella Esmeralda, was born a twin but the couple lost their son immediately after giving birth.

In October 2021, Ronaldo took to Instagram that he and Georgina were expecting twins.

Just before the new year, they disclosed that it was a boy and a girl. 

According to the picture Georgina posted on her Instagram page, Bella was born on the 18th of April, 2022. She captioned it, 180422.

They announced the dismissal of their son the same day.

Now it’s a family of seven. 5 children, Ronaldo and Georgina. Ronaldo and Georgina are yet to be married although they have children together, live in the same house and have been dating for a long time. There have been rumours that the Portuguese footballer has gone down on one knee to propose to his girlfriend but none have been confirmed true. There were rumours that he proposed on a yacht in 2020.

On a Netflix reality show, ‘i am Georgina’ the model said she moved from rags to riches and that if her celebrity football star boyfriend asked for her hand in marriage, she’s ready to say yes. By this statement, we are guessing he hasn’t proposed at all. 

In 2019 the striker told Piers Morgan in an interview that he and Georgina will be husband and wife someday and he also said In 2021 on Georgina’s Netflix original show that they are a few steps from Marriage. He said it could be a year, six months, or one month, but all he knows is that they are going to get married. 

At least he is intentional about her. Ronaldo has had a series of other girlfriends in the past. 

Ronaldo Past Relationships

 Jordana Jardel; the first notable girlfriend of Rolando as a professional footballer was Jordana. She was a Brazilian model and was involved with Ronaldo in 2003.

Merche Romero: She’s a Portuguese model and TV presenter, she was with Ronaldo from January 2005 to September 2006.

Gemma Atkinson: She’s the only British woman Ronaldo has ever been in a relationship with. They lasted for four months. They started their relationship at the beginning of 2007.

Nereida Gallardo: At the start of 2008, Ronaldo got into a relationship with Gallardo. She is a Spanish model. The two didn’t last till summer. 

Irina Shayk; Ronaldo finally found a lasting relationship with Irina in 2010 and they lasted till late 2015. Irina is a Russian model and she has appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues.

It was Irina who ended the relationship on New Year’s Eve.  Irina told Hello Magazine that it was a very tough decision for the Model but she had to do it. She also added that Irina left immediately and spent New Year’s Eve crying alone in the airport before flying to the Maldives, where she spent her birthday alone. Her birthday is on the 6th of January. 

The Man United striker also confirmed the news via a written message with ESPN. He said,

“We believed it would be best for both of us to take this step now. I wish Irina the greatest happiness.” 

The two remained silent about the reasons why they broke up.

Lucia Villalon: Not long After he broke up with Shayk, he moved on to the Spanish TV reporter, who was also the Real Madrid presenter. He was then a striker at Real Madrid. 

Lucia was his final serious girlfriend as he was rumoured to be going out with the likes of, Karina Ferro, the Portuguese model, In 2002 before he became a football star, Bipasha Basu, Mia Judaken, Soraia Chaves, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton.

Cristiano Ronaldo Was Charged With Rape

In 2009 a woman called Kathryn Mayorga charged Ronaldo with rape. On Friday, June 12, 2009, Cristiano Ronaldo met Kathryn Mayorga in a nightclub at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. They went back to Ronaldo’s penthouse in Hotel Palms Place, and it is there that Mayorga claimed Ronaldo raped her. Ronaldo said they had consensual sex. 

Kathryn reported the rape case to the Las Vegas Police a day after her encounter with Ronaldo on, the 13th of June, 2009. She went through examinations and the hospital noted swelling, bruising, and a laceration on her body. She was given Antibiotics.  She never disclosed Ronaldo’s identity and the case was closed until it was reopened in 2018. In July 2019, The relevant US authorities announced that they won’t be pressing any charges against Ronaldo. 

A statement from the Las Vegas prosecution said,

“Based upon a review of information at this time, the allegations of sexual assault against Cristiano Ronaldo cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.” 

So a case without any proof is a case closed.

Cristiano And Georgina

We are not going to deny the fact that Ronaldo has had a pretty interesting story. From dating the hot model girlfriends to being accused of rape. He finally found ‘the one’ according to him.

 He met Georgina at a Gucci store in Madrid where she worked as a sales assistant in 2016. Days later, they met again at another brand’s New event where they were able to talk in a more relaxed environment. 

Who Is Georgina Roderiguez?

 Georgina Roderiguez is a Spanish-Argentine model and also the girlfriend of Ronaldo. She was on on the 27th of January 1994. Her dream was always to work in a big high earning departmental store and they told her she had to learn how to speak English. In 2012, at age 17, she went to England and got a job to work for a family in Bristol. She used that opportunity to step up her English game and after that, she went back to Spain. She later got her dream job to work in Gucci where she met Ronaldo.

At first, when they started dating, they hid it away from the public but once people found out they started to stalk Georgina. They came to her Gucci store to take pictures. Some even pretend to be clients and will enter the store to take just pictures without getting anything. After some time, her Boss had to sack her in December 2016, because the number of fans trooping into the store a day was increasing. After 8 months, Ronaldo’s source got her another job that paid her £1,000 a month. In her past job, she was paid £250 a week. 

It didn’t take time for fans to know about her movement and they began to stalk her again. Like the first, her boss asked her to leave and it was a decision for both of them. She felt leaving was also better for the business. 

Georgina and Ronaldo’s Seed.

Georgina has been a really good mother to her boyfriend’s children. They were three at that time, Cristiano’s first son and the surrogate twins. In November 2017, Georgina and Ronaldo had their first baby together. Alan Martina. Now Georgina takes care of all Five children including their new born baby. She quit her job to do so. Taking care of 5 is a lot, especially when 4 of them are below 5. She had to do it.

Apart from the burial of their son, the couple have been living together in peace and harmony. Sometimes, love can be hard to find, don’t give up just yet. Ronaldo didn’t even after having so many failed relationships. 

We hope the pair gets married because the whole world is anticipating a lavish wedding. It might not have a huge number of people because Ronaldo is more of a family person but we sure are expecting to see Georgina in her expensive designs as usual.
