Now that you know what love at first sight feels like, it would be awesome to know the Misconceptions about it. That is the incorrect and wrong understanding of love at first sight.

Misconceptions About Love At First Sight

1. It’s Destiny: You have watched too many Zee world and Korean movies that tell you that when you see them, you just know. Excuse me, you just know what please? You know nothing about them. You were told that when you have butterflies and you start feeling like there are fireworks in your brain then that’s your soulmate.

Anything can spark that adrenaline. Don’t be too forward. They might just be a normal person that is just good looking. Love at first sight is not destiny. You better stop living in the movies.

2. Love at First Sight Doesn’t mean Love at Second Sight: You felt the spark the first day you saw them but have you tried the second time? Was the spark still there. After finding out a feel things about them did they still look attractive to you? If it was on a date you met for the first time, do something different from what you did and see if the sparks still shine bright.

3. The feeling Is Mutual: Now because you are feeling someone doesn’t mean the person is feeling you. Don’t let Disney deceive you with their fairytale stories where they meet the prince for the first time and they bought and fell in love.

In some scenarios, you might be the only one who is into the person or vice versa. This sometimes leads to secret admirers and crushes.

4. When it’s Mutual, It Means It Will Last: Love honestly has no rules. There’s no rule on how to get a perfect relationship but there are guidelines you can take to get one but this doesn’t even guarantee that you’ll find one. If you both got attracted to each other at the first sight, it’s a good thing but that doesn’t mean you’ll have a long-lasting relationship.
